To enter ClipDeals.com "Win a $50 Gift Card" contest, signup at ClipDeals.com fill out the necessary entry form. No purchase necessary. All entries must include the city they are residing in and their valid email address. Limit one entry for the entire Contest Period per person.
There will be one (1) $50 gift card valid at any Winners, Marshalls, or Homesense location in Canada.
There will be one (1) random draw to be made, at 2285 Wyecroft Rd, Oakville Ontario L6L 5L7 on June 15th, 2013. The random draw will take place from all eligible on-line entries received during the Contest Period. The first (1) entry drawn will be eligible to win the prize. The odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The Contest Sponsors will attempt to contact the potential winner by telephone, and email within five (5) business days after the draw. Proof of identification must be provided upon request in order to be declared a winner. Before being awarded the prize, the potential winner will be required to sign a declaration and release form stating that he/she has read, understood and complied with these official contest rules, grants all agreements required as contemplated in these Contest Rules. In the event that the potential winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted by the Contest Sponsors within five (5) business days following the draw, does not sign and return the release within the specified time, Contest Sponsors shall have the right to disqualify that potential winner and to draw an alternate potential winner. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.
